30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund on OfferBank OS and its upgrades. If the product is not what you expected, write to us within that window and we refund the purchase.

How to ask

Open a ticket at https://vipsupport.online/ or email dkl-software@myimworld.com with the email you bought with and the transaction reference from LaunchPad. Telling us why helps us improve, but is not required.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued through LaunchPad to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Access to the refunded product ends when the refund is issued, and pages published under it are taken down.

What is not refunded

• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
• Credit top-up packs that have been spent
• Accounts closed for abuse, fraud or breach of the Terms

Affiliates

Commissions on refunded sales are reversed by LaunchPad under its rules.
