Privacy Policy

OfferBank OS (“we”, “our”, “us”), developed and sold by DKL Software, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask of us when you use our website, the application and the pages it hosts (together, the “Services”).

1. What we collect

Information you give us

• Name and email address when your account is created after a purchase
• The offer links, affiliate links and product descriptions you enter
• Content you write or edit inside the application
• Mailbox settings you choose to connect (see section 4)
• Anything you send to support

Information collected automatically

• IP address, device and browser information
• Usage inside the application: which features were run, when, and the model time they used, so credits can be charged for the real cost
• Views and clicks on pages you publish, counted without cookies on the visitor

Purchase information

Purchases are processed by LaunchPad. We receive the buyer's name, email, the product bought and the transaction reference so the account can be created and unlocked. We never see or store card numbers.

2. How we use it

• To create and operate your account and unlock what you bought
• To generate the campaign assets you ask for
• To host and serve the pages you publish and to count their traffic for you
• To send the emails you schedule from your own mailbox
• To charge credits for the model time actually used and to show you that usage
• To prevent abuse, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations

3. AI processing

The text you enter and the pages we read on your behalf are sent to third-party AI providers to produce your assets. We do not use your content to train models. Generated text can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing it before you publish or send it.

4. Your mailbox credentials

If you connect a mailbox so the application can send on your behalf, the password or app password is encrypted before it is stored, is used only to send the emails you schedule, and can be removed by you at any time from Settings. We never read your inbox.

5. Leads you collect

Lead-finding features read publicly published business and creator pages. You are the controller of the lead data you collect and of the emails you send to it; you must comply with the anti-spam and privacy law that applies to you and honour every unsubscribe, which the application records for you.

6. Pages you publish

Pages you publish are public on the address you choose. They carry your name, your affiliate link and the content you approved. Visitors' views and clicks are counted in aggregate; no advertising cookies are set on them.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the Services (hosting, AI models, email delivery, LaunchPad for purchases), with authorities when the law requires, and to prevent fraud. Each provider is bound to protect it.

8. Retention

We keep your data while your account exists and as long as needed to meet legal, tax and dispute obligations. You may ask for deletion at any time; published pages are taken down and your data removed, except records we must keep by law.

9. Security

Data is stored on servers we operate, encrypted in transit, with access limited to what running the service requires. No system is perfectly secure; keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Write to us through the support desk or the email on this page and we answer within the time the law allows.

11. Children

The Services are for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We will post changes here with a new date and, for material changes, tell account holders by email.
